I am a quality/brand compliance manager at an HVAC distribution company. I review every spec sheet, warranty claim, and first delivery before it reaches dealers—about 300 items a year. In 2024, I rejected 18% of first deliveries because of documentation gaps, wrong voltage, or a compressor that did not match the approved submittal.
