Service Scope & Applicability

ThermaVerde service agreements cover heat pump core components — compressor, heat exchanger, inverter drive, and control board — for systems within their rated operating envelopes. The following conditions apply:

High-Duty-Cycle Applications

Systems operating continuously above 90% rated capacity may experience accelerated compressor wear not covered under standard warranty terms. Extended warranty plans include enhanced coverage for high-duty-cycle installations such as data centers and continuous-process industrial facilities.

Coastal & Corrosive Environments

Installations within 2 km of saltwater require corrosion-protected condenser coils. Standard aluminum-fin coils degrade within 3 to 5 years without hydrophilic coating or epoxy treatment upgrades. We recommend specifying marine-grade coil protection at the design stage.

IoT Connectivity Requirements

Cloud monitoring requires stable internet connectivity with minimum 2 Mbps upload bandwidth. Sites with intermittent connectivity will experience gaps in real-time analytics. Local data logging buffers up to 72 hours of operating data for batch upload when connectivity is restored.
